Established in 2023 by owner Kathy Jones, KLJ Consulting and Counselling provides expertise in program review, strategic planning. stakeholder engagement, system redesign and social work subject matter expertise. With nearly 40 years of experience, Kathy is recognized for her collaborative, evidence-based and ethical approach. Her leadership includes reintroducing abortion care to PEI after a 30 year absence, providing system redesign to PEI Mental Health and Addiction Services leading to an integrated system and health reform planning for Primary Care. She has held senior management positions in Public Health, Children's Developmental Services, Social Assistance, Disability Support and  Housing. Kathy is also a nationally recognized leader in social work in Canada having served as National Vice-President of the Canadian Association of Social Workers and President of the PEI Association of Social Workers.
