Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Savoury Consulting Ltd. founded in 2013, provides consultation and training on leadership development, change management, organizational development, evaluation services, human resources, conflict management/coaching, needs analysis and research, workplace assessments, mediation/facilitation, board governance, strategic planning, policy development, social work,  and child and family services throughout Canada. George Savoury holds a BA, BSW and MSW (Policy and Administration) from Memorial University. He is approved for private practice as a clinical specialist by the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers. He is a Board Certified Diplomate (BCD) in Clinical Social Work and Clinical Supervision by the American Board of Clinical Social Work (ABCSW), embodying the highest standards in clinical education, training and experience. George Savoury is also approved in clinical supervision by the Association of Psychological Therapies (APT), Canada. He has held positions ranging from social worker to senior positions of Director of Child Welfare, Director of Policy and Evaluation, Assistant Deputy Minister and Executive Director of Family and Community Supports for Persons with Disabilities.
